Cancellation policy
Appointment Booking & Deposit
To secure your appointment at Bare Skin, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the scheduled service total is required at the time of booking for all new appointments. This deposit confirms your reservation and is applied toward the cost of your service on the day of the appointment. Deposits are collected via credit card on the booking site, and help us reserve dedicated time for your personalized care.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. To allow us to offer your appointment time to other clients and respect everyone’s schedule, we kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice (2 full business days) to cancel or reschedule any appointment without penalty.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment time will receive a full refund of the deposit (or credit toward a future treatment).
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment time will results in forfeiture of the deposit as a cancellation fee.
No-shows (failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment or provide any notice) will be charged the full service amount.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
